Sessions can happen at Tomfit Gym in Albany, at Ella's home studio in Rothesay Bay, or in your own home. And, they can be shared with a buddy to help split the cost and to double the motivation!

Niggles in your low back or neck and shoulders? Tightness in your hips, hamstrings, neck or back? Ella has a range of tools in her belt to help you feel more at ease in your own body. 

Wanting to understand how your body moves, or how to activate and use your core? Ella has a wealth of knowledge in human movement, breath and core stability that she would love to share with you. 


Whether it be to move with more ease, to build strength, to de-stress, or to learn something new - this is a wonderful option for you. If you have a friend or family member that would like to share the session with you, they are most welcome to join in for no extra charge.

Sessions take place at Kanuka Yoga Space in Hobsonville, at Ella's home studio in Rothesay Bay, or in the privacy of your own home.

Ella is part of the teaching team at Kanuka Yoga Space in Hobsonville, Auckland. You'll find her there on Thursday mornings teaching Functional Flow classes at 6:30am and 9:30am.

Trained by Rainbow Yoga, Ella offers fun and imaginative classes that allow the kids' creativity to take over as the teacher. Offering a starting point and a themed structure, she loves to see each session unfold along its own unique path that is led by the curiosity and fancy of the children. 

Ella can come to your establishment, fully equipped with all the toys, props and games needed for the session.
