PRIVATE YOGA
Private sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, according to what your body needs to feel and to move better.
Niggles in your low back or neck and shoulders? Tightness in your hips, hamstrings, neck or back? Ella has a range of tools in her belt to help you feel more at ease in your own body.
Wanting to understand how your body moves, or how to activate and use your core? Ella has a wealth of knowledge in human movement, breath and core stability that she would love to share with you.
These sessions are for you if your goal is to move with more ease, build strength, reduce stress, or simply learn something new. You’re also welcome to share the session with a friend or family member at no additional cost.

GROUP YOGA
Ella is not currently teaching group classes, preferring to focus on her one-on-one clients.

CORPORATE YOGA

KIDS YOGA
Trained by Rainbow Yoga, Ella offers fun and imaginative classes that allow the kids' creativity to take over as the teacher. Offering a starting point and a themed structure, she loves to see each session unfold along its own unique path that is led by the curiosity and fancy of the children.
Ella can come to your establishment, fully equipped with all the toys, props and games needed for the session.
