LOCATIONS
Private yoga sessions take place at Kanuka Yoga Space or at Ella's home studio in Rothesay Bay
Personal training sessions take place at Tomfit Gym in Albany or at Ella's home studio in Rothesay Bay

SESSION LENGTH
Initial consultation (goal setting & movement screening) is 1.5 hrs
All other sessions are 1 hr

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must give 24+ hours notice prior to cancellation in order to be granted a make-up session or refund
​

Full payment by one party is required - this party can bring a friend for free (or ask friend to cover half the fee)
Under the halvsies scheme, ER MVMT only provides one programme per couple (not two individual programmes)
